works at the Department of Economy and Economics of Faculty of Social and Economic Relations, A. Dubcek University in Trencin. During her pedagogical activity she has been involved in work on scientific research projects of faculty and departmental character as an effective project leader, deputy head of the project, co-worker. In her research activities she focused on the issues: clusters, cluster policy, SMEs and regional development. The results of scientific research work presents on domestic and high-value international conferences and teacher mobility within Erasmus. She worked as a coordinator of project activities, quality manager and co-worker in the projects implemented by the Structural Funds at the faculty.

works as assistant professor in the Department of Economy and Economics of Faculty of Social and Economic Relations, A. Dubcek University in Trencin. During the educational activities at the university she has been in work on research projects of faculty or departmental character as an effective cooperator. She focuses on issues of financial and management accounting business on the area of financial and economic analysis of the company and the issue of foreign direct investment in her teaching and research work.

Ing. Karol Krajčo
works as assistant professor in the Department of Economy and Economics of Faculty of Social and Economic Relations, A. Dubcek University in Trencin. is an expert in microeconomics, macroeconomics and economic policy. He was a member of the research team of the project VEGA, 5 internal research projects, the OP Education. He is a member of the research team of the project VEGA "Risk management of SMEs in the context of clusters' involvement activities in the Slovak Republic" at present. He focuses on the problems of SMEs in the context of globalization, clusters, cluster policy, foreign investment and economic performance in its research activities.

Agnieszka Barcik, Ph.D.
assistant professor in Management Department at the Faculty of Management and Transport at the University of Bielsko-Biala (Akademia Techniczno-Humanistyczna w Bielsku-Białej), She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University in Krakow, legal counsel. She gained scientific and teaching experience in various international academic institutions. Author of more than 60 publications mainly on entrepreneurship, competition, competitiveness and CSR. Her research interests focus mainly on the issues of business management in conditions of competition within the EU market.
Piotr Dziwiński, Ph.D.
assistant professor in Management Department at the Faculty of Management and Transport at the University of Bielsko-Biala (Akademia Techniczno-Humanistyczna w Bielsku-Białej), He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University in Krakow, legal counsel. He has been lecturing in various academic institutions abroad. His research interests focus on the legal aspects of management with particular regard to the issues of debt management and corporate restructuring as well as CSR. He is the author of numerous publications in this field.
